| <3 iTunes... I couldn't live without it. All of my songs are organized in the form of /music/artist/album/(cd_)track title.mp3 the only exception being compilations, which are a bugger.... |

i used itunes 3,4,5, and 6. they all seem to be quite slow compared to using winamp. |
Well yeah it's slower than WinAmp because WinAmp's GUI is smaller. Also iTunes can do a whole lot more than WinAmp can.
iLLogic, have you tried checking the "part of a compilation" button in the track info? It sorts those tracks under compilations/album name/track name, only downside is there's no artist folder. |

the gui for winamp is quite large. its just coded a lot cleaner and has a small footprint. it uses the resources as needed which isnt often. its just better at using its resources. even when playing DRM media or even videos its very quick and does very well. the winamp library is very good also. |

yea but what's the point of having it all if you dont have the time to listen to it all? do you honestly have the time to listen to every track/set? |
Worst argument ever. I mean, what does that even mean?
I have a load of music, but I'm sure that I've heard all of my music at least a couple of times, if not much much more.
Plus it's great to have a large collection to reference. |
