Most energy drinks seem to have a lot of ingredients in them that the body can't digest naturally, like Taurine and Gurana, and they have even more caffeine, which can be dangerous (like in Red Bull, has more than coffee). Unless it doesn't have those things, and has very little caffeine, I would think they would be worse for you than pop. |

I know...but hey--I haven't had any pop!
at one point, I was going through about 5 or 6 of 'em a day (the big ones...whatever size they are) |
