yeah, I know what you mean. But MAN I've been to some cool pubs over there. The kind of place you could feel comfortable forever. Good beer, a pool table, and a fireplace. You rarely (if ever) see that kind of thing here. At least not in Brisbane :( |

I was in a wicked back street boozer on Friday it had all these antiques all over the shot, the place was decently maintained, even had a Darts board and when my mate threw a dart at me the sadistic landlord laughed. Even the ones which are falling to pieces have character and that's what I like.
Everytime I see some weatherspoons place open up it annoys me I do like funky bars providing their decent and not some rubbish chain.
I'm not mad at all, just to hungover to think up a comeback! |
