Who wants to help me plan a weekend trip to a tropical island? :D
I want all options possible and more heads are always better than one. Maybe some of you know certain websites that I don't know about, etc...
so...
the choices are Jamaica, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Bahamas. Bahamas only if there is like a SICK ass hotel deal. I'd rather go to one of the other 3 just because I used to visit the Bahamas frequently when my uncle lived there and I'd rather go some place new...but I mean, if there's a sweet enough deal, I'll go to the Bahamas.
Try to keep it around $500 per person hotel & flight...give or take.
Ready...go
Oh yea...sometime in May...middle or end of.

in major need...you have no idea.
i can't even remember the last time i went on an actual vacation to a place like that. don't think i've ever done that. always just visiting people or quick trips to party all weekend with drugs...
i just want to sit on a beach and sip coladas. i'm fortunate to live in south florida since flights are cheap as hell to those places. |

i think it's fun to plan trips. sometimes when i'm bored i plan fake trips online. japan, greece, etc... lol |

christ...well what sites do u guys recommend using?
i've been using expedia...u think it's cheaper to book flight & hotel separately?

I think Myra has some recent experience with all this jive.
I've always just used expedia and travelocity - but admittedly, I haven't booked since our WMC trip last year.
