Whatever your motive, should it ultimately be for self-improvement, I have alot of respect for you and anyone else that would choose to serve. You will undoubtable learn alot about yourself as far as inner strength, leadership, and perseverence than you ever thought existed. As many have said on this forum, the military is whatever you make of it. I haven't gotten to hang out with you too much, but I wish you the best in your endevours.
The one thing I miss about the military is getting 30 days of PAID vacation, per year. At my current job we only get 6. Beyond being a teacher, I can think of any job that lets someone take a month off lol. |

night arkitechts rock. they prbly have the most potential to get big in houston. theyre so damn talented. i love going to petes studio, right when you walk in its infested with apple gadgets and all osorts of crap. the houston house (downtown condo) is prbly my favorite studio. which theyre sharing with randall jones. they can release anything they want on bedrock or renissance or any top prgrsve record label. its just that when they make something and theyre about to release it they pull back. so thats their problem. their definately worth goin to see.
as for my self ? i just opened up for all sorts of stars from here to there and all that. van dyk lavelle and above and beyond bla bla bla its so long that i stopped caring. i stopped caring about gigging in general. i always get booked for some top notch event but i dont go out whoring myself. so when u come see me all u can expect is pristine mixing and phasing n phrasing, fine selection with a good build. something all djs should be able to do but it seems thats too difficult. not that im tooting my horn or nothing.
ill post tracklists and the set. it im gonna go try to be txta dj of the year and dj mix of the year. |

| I've heard of something being so good it tore something a new one.But that's not enough to explain what Lizandro did.He destroyed it.Who ever didn't go missed an amazing event. Not only that but he's so cool and down to earth too.He was nice enough to let me stay close to him while he was mixing.I felt so privileged.Lizandro worked some insane wizardry with those turntables. He took it to another level. He's getting my vote in the top 100 this year.Yes he's that good.No and i'm not just saying this because i met the guy now.Seriously he's amazing.Any one who has ever said djing is not an art form should see this guy;they'll have to eat their words. |

| yeah i was impressed also, GREAT track selection, clean and pristine mixing, Its was awesome I came profoundly impressed. Unlike others who cant even beatmatch , and if you post on these boards im sorry but it has to be said do us a favor and learn to at least beatmatch before ever trying to consider yourself a dj, thats the essentials. Night Architeks threw it down too, there was this one track that peter was playing siiiiiiiiiick man. I had never heard night architeks before and they live up to their name. |

Hey liz n zeshin. Thanx for coming. I tried my best I wouldn't wanna let u guys down. I know yall came from a ways to come see me. I really do appreciate that.
Ill re record that set cos I think it was better than the cd I was passing out.
Man I had a blast playing. Those were all new tracks too I only practiced the set once then I played it @ the show. I can honestly say I didn't up @ all. Except for that part when the record jumped a little.
But damn I love night arkitechts sound . They always set this really kool atmosphere... like... they open proper. And the last song dave played was something he made a couple weeks ago !!!! I gotta get a copy of that .
Over the vibe was great. I couldn't ask for anything better. Jesus thjat show was so damn good. There should b one more show before I leave that ill b djing @. Its gonna b @ xo bar. Same lay out. |
