Danny Boyle's (Trainspotting) newest film looks absolutely amazing. He's never failed to disappoint me before, so I will be seeing this one. I really can't wait to see how he approaches the crew's diminishing sanity.. :D

while i've heard the story is a complete rip and tear of The Core, it adds a lot to the mindless action of that movie. including philosophy, self-reflection of mankind, mother nature, and of course, 9/11.
also, it is the most expensive in-house production from Fox Searchlight. I think $50m, and as far as i know, they find movies to either import or independent movies to make mainstream, not completely fund. with Boyle, this would be the investment of a studio lifetime. MUST WATCH
