QUOTING INFECTEDRHYTHMS THREAD ON ANOTHER FORUM
www.myspace.com/angelmoraes! 8 pages!?
Dear Friends, Family & Music Lovers,
As many of you are aware, over the last three and a half months I have been working on creating a unique and special club experience in NYC - and to say the least it has been a monumental challenge. Despite all our positive efforts, my sound system, renovations, and amazing talent both inside and outside the DJ booth - our relationship with the owners of the current location has deteriorated to the point where its impossible to get anything positive done. I refuse to be in a situation were we can no longer ensure the level of quality and service that Stereo represents, and that I pride myself in bringing to you.
For these reasons I have decided to put a hold on Stereo until I can find a suitable location and a partner who understands both what I am about, and what the true spirituality of dance club should be. Saturday March 3rd will be our last party at 555 West 33rd.
Tomorrow night we will be celebrating Randy Betis' B-DAY, he will play till 2am and then I will play the rest of the night. If you haven’t experienced the sound system yet, I would suggest you come out and joining us. For those of you who really love what we've done, don’t despair, this is not the end of Stereo NY. God willing we will do it again.
At this point I would like to thank all those who truly made a gallant effort to make this work, and I extend my personal gratitude and apologies. As new doors open you will be the first to know!
Peace, love, and always music,
Angel |

^^I went to Stereo NYC one night with a girl who WORKED there and they wouldn't let her in
not to mention they are right in "club row" and have very little advertise about. have heard very little about it since it opened. Dissapointed because I thought this would be a great club and it turned to nothing. Hope it gets it act together. |
