I've gone out of my way to make sure that this remix of Music, is totally
different from all the others that have gone before it.

Question is - have I succeeded?

Let me know...

Listening.

Nice bass mate.. very funky.

The vocals works very well.

I think many people will like this, its very well made, but personally its not made in a style i like, so i couldnt further comment on it.

But nice work.. just sounds a little standard with no surprises.

listening...

i like the guitars, they work well together. haven't heard a wah guitar in a house track before though  j/k works well with her voice

bassline moves well and takes up just hte right amount of space, i like how the kick grabs you in the mid range, you cut it off around 100hz? seems high to me in sections

this is a really cool track dave, i see a lot of the deeper house guys playing this, good groove and the rhythm guitars with the chords goes great.

Hey there,
first off, the download is quite slow :-/

now to the review:
the first crash cymb sounded a bit like it was almost clipping (guess you might want to fix that)

I like the bassline...never even thought someone could make this track housey...but hey, why not?
seems it works.

Maybe the voice with "Hey mr. DJ" could be a bit more upfront...seems a bit buried under the strings and hats in the beginning.

I like the guitars very nice...

I guess it'd work well on the dancefloor but as some others have said, it's not a very original or special tune.

Otherwise quite well produced remix ... good job :)

Check one of mine if you'll have the time...guess "Let it go" is one of those you might like best... :)

Nice housey precs, the guitar is cool.
The bass is cool but maybe you should use another sound because I think that it's too familiar.
Her vocals have too much white noise at the start.
I agree about bringing the vocals up.
The vocals are really busy.
This will work well on dancefloors but it's nothing amazing.
Get rid of the pads, they are not helping the track to be interesting and they are too bright for this kinda of funky house.
Good production. Can I have the 320kbps for clubs?

8/10
Omer.

Wow! I didn't expect something like this at all. This is quite cool, actually!

I really like the bassline and the way the track progresses. The guitar fits in quite well too.

One thing that I could think of is, that you maybe could play with the panning of the voice a bit, that could fit quite good
Another thing is, is that the end is a bit too abrupt for my taste, maybe you could lengthen it a bit?

gotta love that driver upbeat and tempo sound u got going at the start and througout the song. that vocal stab sounds pretty funky lol.
not bad vocal cutting, nicely done. the crashes are definately clipping tho, so some close attention to your mastering for them needs to be reviewed.

nice housey track, but yeh, not really into this style of music so cant give you a detailed response on anything house related that you could work on. just that your mastering and mixing needs some attention.
there's a few things id change, but then that'd be modifying the genre a little bit.

keep up the productions.

The mastering is fine, the clipping is actually caused by the conversion to MP3 in Adobe Audition. The audio master does not clip. I can fix this by using Logic to do the conversion.
