omg, something better than grey goose?

*bows*

What a joke. Do people not realize how retarded they look fawning over vodka every single week?

Pretty decent night at TiL.

Was there for Tyson's 27th b-day, and did the bottle service thing. We were in the back, and I actually liked it better than my past experience of having the booth right beside the dj booth.

Manzone & Strong opened up very nicely. I know i've knocked them in the past for not playing 'opening appropriate' track selection - but for the second time in a row of seeing them open, they impressed me a lot. Nice warm, mellow proggy tracks started things out very well.

As for Porter, I really don't know what to say. He played a handful of amazing tunes - but the rest of his set was just blah to me. Playing his tunes at a blistering pace (seemed like it was at least 138 bpm), and at times reminded me of the Bad Boy Bill sound from five years ago.

He played such an amazing set the last time, and his change up in style is quite disappointing to say the least. With that being said - I still love his energy, and enthusiasm... you can tell he is doing what he loves and for that he still has great respect from me.

It's still retarded. What's the big deal? Every week people are wetting themselves at the sight of vodka.

could be an inside joke amongst them?

If it's not a big deal, why does it bother you all so much? Who cares what they are doing, they are having a good time and that's all that matters. This hating on bottle service or vodka... whatever is just plain stupid.

agree.

most ppl here im sure have been apart of some inside joke business with friends that they find amusing or entertaining to carry on with, that if viewed by an outsider, would be considered "silly" or "stupid" or "ridiculous", just as is being said here.

and if that is the case, then these ppl are being judged to critically here.
