i like this as always. very oldskool sounding but brilliantly crafted. you guys need to work on mastering though. everything sounds rather seperated

Meaning what, exactly?

It's a dark proggy track and nothing much really happens in it but that's exactly how I wanted it to be

knowing this, I think the track was great. thanks, I'm always looking for new stuff.

Cool track Nik. I love stuff like this. Bass was especially nice sounding, and well done on working that vocal in. I love Identity! :D

Thanks for sharing with us! :)

Pretty nice 4 stars.

Whee, I got stars!

Looking forward to hearing this one - grabbing it now :)

Edit: This is really gorgeous Nik, I like that it really chugs along hard, the bassline and the kick really get my feet moving, but the mood never gets too epic or hard or anything - the section that comes in around 4:30 might need a little something more to it, but the build that comes around 5:15 does a pretty good job of bringing it back - just felt like their might have been a little extra melodic element or something that could be added to the end of the tune.

In any event, I rather like it - and I've got it burned now in case I get a chance to give it a shot live - so thanks loads.

:)

Thanks for the feedback. I was originally going to include an extra melodic element to it but I decided to scrap it in the end, it just felt more natural that way.

I might give a go at trying to do a more clubbier/techier/upbeat mix of this but I wouldn't count on it ever actually getting finished...

Kinda late here but I try to check out your work whenever it's up. This is golden by the way, those vocals are absolutely spectacular in the beginning. Very erie and twisting. The groove in this track is also spectacular.

Kudos to you Nik!

Well I'd be interested in hearing it. I'm sure that doesn't particularly motivate you, but meh - if it gets done, I'll be excited to hear it.

There's going to be at least one remix made of this, not by me though.

I'm absolutely swamped with something called "real life" at the moment so I don't know when I'll even have the time to attempt a mix of my own...

Oh, and thanks for the feedback jupiterone :)

Perfect good quality filler material. Good filler tunes dont come along very often on here!
