Above & Beyond have enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top of the global dance music scene having broken the top 10 (at #9!) of the worldwide recognized DJ Mag Top 100 poll and being anointed the ‘UK’s new dance superstars' by dance music seer Pete Tong. Last year, Above & Beyond released their debut artist album, ‘Tri-State’, which was one of the top 10 selling dance albums in iTunes in 2006. DJ Magazine described it as 'Brilliant. 5/5' and The Sun - the UK's biggest selling daily newspaper - called it “the most original trance album for years.” This WMC, they join Made Event and fans for an intimate gig at South Beach hotspot B.E.D. with Integral Sound supplying and engineering a truly immersive auditory experience.
Above & Beyond's weekly ‘Trance Around The World’ radio show has built a fanatical global following on the internet and via its worldwide syndication on FM stations and XM Satellite Radio in the US. The show stands at the forefront of trance and has been responsible for breaking many of the scene's biggest records.
The best records from the show and from the trio’s respected Anjunabeats label are featured in Above & Beyond’s popular ‘Anjunabeats Volume’ compilation series. The latest episode, ‘Anjunabeats Volume Five’, will be released in summer 2007, and past volumes are available through iTunes.
