He doesn't know how to properly use quotation marks. This is how it should've looked...

I know your gonna feel offended now - by me - thinking now, why that stupid swede correcting his, i quote, "an englishman's grammarerrors".
You missed a dot in the last sentence and some other less obvouious misspellings.
This is how it really should be:
"Well, he asked me if I could fix him some drugs", so Jean asked some of his friends around but couldn't arrange anything. After telling this to Paul Oakenfold, Oakey flipped saying, "How come the most famous dj of Holland can't arrange any drugs??". Jean became irritated and asked Oakey to vanish outta his sight.
