funny - the two teens are going to be charged w/ felonies.
somehow, i have a feeling the mother will get child neglect too...even if it was her kids giving their brothes the joints.
there was a quote on CNN somewhere where the police said something like "the 2 year old knew what he was doing. he inhaled" and i lol'd at work. |
