| i opened up my numark 5000fx mixer..i didnt touch anything but when i put it back together, no signal would go through the channel even though its turned on..what had happened?? |

Exactly! Looks like you have to bring it in to a certified shop now.

| From what you have written it sounds like you blew a capacitor on the main board. |

which is why you don't open your gear unless you ABSOLUTLY know what you're doing, even then, it's not recommended because it'll void your warranty
opening it "to see what's inside" usually isn't a good idea |
