wmc screwed us over by the hotel

Weird, subject, I know. We were going to stay at the Miami Beach Resort & Spa and was told there we rooms, faxed all the hotel information from the WMC website and now they told us they do not have any hotels.
We were told we were ok, and that the hotel received our information, now 1 month later, told all the rooms were booked, and never received any information back from wmc staff. Advice, don't waste your time calling their staff, manager was extremely rude to my girl friend.
For future advice, don't depend on WMC to make sure your hotel is secure, pay the extra money and do everything yourself.
We now have no hotel, and wmc is in 2 weeks. |

| if you're looking for a hotel id check out the best western at 42nd and collins...its ways down south beach but i booked mine hotel last year there last minute...prolly 3-4 weeks b4 WMC and got a pretty good rate for the week i stayed...the hotel is actually really nice to for what you pay |

That's where I'm staying and it is pretty cheap.. We're paying $180/nt which is dirt cheap for that week. I'm glad to hear it is nice! |

So did you put down the deposit on the room? Did you confirm a credit card number with them for a deposit? What information did you send the hotel? |
