So I am setting up my prints store soon...I am going to have the obvious portfolio pics that I can put on there, but I will be completely open to requests...so if you see a pic you want a print of, I will add it. Going to have it decent prices, like maybe $20 for an 8x10 (unless anyone has other suggestions).
Of course all the photos will be heavily photoshopped and touched up to look perfect for prints :)
So right now, I want to know if anyone who is interested in buying a print, please post a link to the photo in this thread. Please sort the links by DJ and if there isn't one, by "General photo".
If it's a general shot, then it's automatically fine. If it's a DJ shot, I have to clear it with the respective management.
For the Sasha gallery, I wanted to start with the Lavelle and Sasha coversation pic, but they didn't allow it, however, the picture of the Maven is allowed. So milage will vary, but the more requests the better. |

If possible setup the pricing based on usage. (like Getty Images)
So if a photo is going to be used for personal use it will have a different price than a photo for flayers, CD covers or event promotion. |

I am not offering the photo for download, so it's just prints only. |

Just a slight bump, the whole portfolio thing might be delayed for a little longer, at least the DJ portion of it. Some artists seem OK, others won't really do it unless they get profit off of it...so i'm working it all out. Maybe making all the photos the same price, splitting the profits, or making some more expensive than others for those DJs that want profits.
Still hope to have it up before WMC, though, but I will let everyone know. Keep giving me photo suggestions, of course. The more I get, the faster everyone gets photos. I won't keep on spamming people with different pics of the same artists over multiple E-mails, I would like to send a batch all at once.
Shirts will be done for WMC though :) |
