haha seriously dude. when i first got my license it was $12. now its $24! wtf is going on here! and yes it is less of a hassle cause when people see that red line they just dont bother. dumbass'

heh, my license still says "UNDER 21" on it and i'm 23. it also still has my address from like 4 residences ago... but i hate going to the DMV so it'll probably stay that way until it expires. |
