there actually are laws against doctor/patient relationships etc. in most countries, because it is frowned upon for a person in position of power to use this power to gain sexual favours. But now that these roles often are filled with females, the tables have turned, and people don't really dont know how to handle it, seeing as females aren't "supposed" to have sexual urges, at least according to how generations (up til now) have been raised.
And 10-11 is pretty young, I'm saying 16 is ok, cus thats the age of consent in many countries, but when youre 10-11 you really don't know what you're doing. |

10-11...well duh, whos talking about 11 year olds here? that would be completely different. and okay maybe it's illegal in some countries but if it was a women and she wants to use this so called position of power to get "sexual favours" its as much of a favour to the man as it is to her :haha: which is the point. and in the end we are all control our own actions no matter wat anyone says, its as much the 16 year olds fault as it is this teachers' and yes ofcourse its wrong for her and its very unprofessional which is why she should still be fired imo but jail? off, there are far worse crimes that u cant be sent to jail for than wat she has done |
