If anything, I think it's his manager that makes him make all the moves that we see negatively... The guy seems like a tool. Saw an interview about JP and this guy's lying and saying how he has gigs all over the world, Ibiza, Italy, here, there, it's really dumb lies, we all know, he has a draw of about 5000 in New York, and 10% that anywhere else.
Lou B (manager) seems like a douche, just looking at him, one of those New York promoter/biz guys who want to act like they're at the top of the world. His Myspace lists him as "Lou B Industries" although I'm almost positive his only "industry" is managing JP. |

i deff agree with wat your saying
theres not doubt about it that jp is a talented dj alot of people on here will disagree but he is deff talented
i also think his managment is to blame i mean he only does gigs in the tri-state area to cater to his crowd
he rarely leaves ny or nj cause his managment know that when hes spinnin here the club will pack out
and for now i feel its too late for him to leave his managment cause hes got such a bad rep from his crowd i dunno its hard to explain
but i think if jp wants to be big i feel he needs to get his head straight do a few sick remixes and more productions that alot of djs will play besides the ny dj's and get some respect and switch his managment and go for it all |

as a producer, amazing. but DJing, different story
i was at a dinner on Friday nite at place in Newark called IBERA.
One of my friends rents out the room and theres like 150 of us. Alot of DJs, promoters, female strippers etc. from NJ and NYC are there.
Now I could def tell that pic on the magazine is airbrushed or what not cause the JP i saw on friday, who was also cracked out of his mind, is a short guy with additional 5pounds added to his face. He was on cloud 9 at the desert buffet.
During the dinner, one of my girl friends who i haven't seen in awhile was sitting at JP's table so just to piss him off our conversation was primarly bout Pacha on friday nite wit Armin. I was thinkin of anything and everything to say just to get a rise out of him:D
While i was leaving, saw him making out wit some chick in the lobby. He looked like he was goin drop dead |

i think now he is a terrible producer
that remix of hurt is doo doo
and u know hes a sell out cause he said and i quote
"i get over 600 requests a year to do a remix but i turned them all down cause i dident like the sound of them but once i heard hurt i really liked it"
yea ok your tellin me over the past few years you havent heard one good song but once the new christina agularia song comes out hes all over it like flys on
thats weak
but as a dj he is great he can work the out of tracks like no other dj
gabriel and dresden even said that jp is one of the best techincal djs out there they ever saw
but to me track wise he is kinda cheesey he plays too much filler classics at his partys to cater to his crowd from the sf era |
