It's all part of my brilliant psychological plan.
See the first COROTHON 01 has a low turn out, which on the surface = sucks bad. But, there is method to my madness. This way it gets a cool underground vibe. People will wonder what they missed, and this will lend it a certain caché so that next year the turn out will be HUGE!
Now, sit back, relax and enjoy COROTHON 01... otherwise Kadomony and the Pep squad will get you! |

Thanks to everyone for a successful Corothon 01!
Special thanks to following people.
Boomer for DJin the simulated mainroom with his "Boom Boom in Da Room" Stream.
Clovis for DJin the simulated Chill Out Room with his "Chill Out Room Squared" Stream. Despite a couple of technical glitches early on, and the occasional trainwreck he did a great job. If he isn't asked back next year, it would only be to give someone else a chance.
Kadomony for always having a smile on his face. It was infectious and really helped keep the mood light and energetic.
And the biggest thanks goes to you, the attendees of Corothon 01. Without you this just wouldn't have been possible.
If I could do it all again, would I change anything? Well I'd have a drunk tank thread, it was pretty obvious that Mezzir and Frenchie were sauced and completely out of control. Luckily everyone took it in stride.
So thanks, again, and remember next year it will be PIRATES! |
