need to buy technics, please help

Hey everyone i need your help here, i am about to buy a brand new pair of technics, and i need to know where the cheapest place in Toronto is to buy them, seeing as my fave place electric orange closed, they were the cheapest, so now im stuck, can anyone help me please and thanks.

try calling around,
There is Steves, DJDepot, Long&McQuaide, some place near Queen and Bathurst, umm any place that sells vinyl should be able to give you an idea. |

| true, and you'll be looking at anywhere from 750-1200 each... my advice is to stay away from places that rent out their equipment... cuz then you never know what youre getting... |

i don't really know about buying new
but i do know that metropolis has a couple techs for sale (well i only saw one ;) ) but they were used, $500 each
my advice is just go browsing...find out who has the lowest price (which includes places that rent their out, as there prices may be a bit lower because of the fact that they may have rented the tables out, but don't want the consumer to know)...then find out which places have the best warrenty (a lot of places will match warrenties [eg. if there's a 1 year warrenty on the techs, they'll match it and make the warrenty 2 years] )
then when you find hte place with the best warrenty then just ask them to match the price of whereever you found them for cheap
and don't forget to try and talk the people down
95% of record/dj stores are privately owned and they'll lower their prices if you talk them down a bit...use pazzazz ;) |

| i got mine at metrosound on young just north of college ...they have the best selection of mixers, cheapest price too, if ure paying cash |
