HAILEY, Idaho (AP) - A house cat attacked its owner, sending her to the hospital with more than 20 bite wounds. The cat, a black and white domestic male, went on the rampage Wednesday when a neighbour showed up at the door with a different cat, mistakenly thinking it belonged to the woman.
"She went to the door and her cat went berserk," Jeff Nevins, assistant fire chief for Wood River Fire and Rescue, told the Idaho Mountain Express newspaper.
The woman in her 60s was taken to St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center with what Nevins described as "pretty serious puncture wounds."
Neither the hospital nor the fire department would provide any details Saturday, or say whether she has been released.
"I think the owner said she was going to take it to the shelter because that's not the first time she's been attacked," Nevins said.
I am awake at 9am because there has been a cat in my backyard for the past 2 days straight meowing non-f***ing-stop....I love cats, i have one of my own, but I want to kill this gawd damn cat! It meows uncontrollably, I cant sleep..........how do I fix this?

My old cat freaked like that and attacked my mom and I when I was a kid. I was jumping on my parents bed, and I crinkled a shopping bag that was lying on top of it, and the cat attacked it. I thought it was pretty funny, so I did it again, and the cat went NUTS. Freaked out and jumped on my arm and started attacking me so I threw it off and it came lunging back at me, I threw it off again and it went for my mom. The cat was like flying through the air every time we threw it off to come back and attack us until we backed out of the room with the cat still inside.

well if you want to kill the cat, and pretty much any other small animal, just leave out a saucer of radiator coolant. that'll take care of them..
