OK, I'm out of peppers and jalepenos, but I do have chili meat and hot sausage and onions. I used up all the Monteray Jack I had and finnished it with cheddar. I made it in three layers so every chip has some cheese and stuff on it. Shall I put more cheese on it before I put it in the oven?

Who doesn't? :conf:
I rarely eat them, but on nachos they just blend in so well. I'm not talking about the ones that make your eyes water just by smelling them but the ones that have a little ZING to them. |

if a hobo with grimy hands asked you if you wanted a little "zing" in your butthole it would not be an appetizing thought.

| okdk... I got Frank's Hot Sauce, so I'll sprinkle some of that instead of my lack of jalepenos. More cheese. If you're wondering why no salsa, I will have that on the side. Some ppl put it on before the oven, but I don't like my chips soggy. |
