This is definitely not psy trance, what you have here is maybe a high bpm hard house track. Not trying to be harsh or anything like that but the tune has so many hard house elements and almost no psy trance things going on.
The leads the bass the kick, everything screams German hard trance. Perhaps try listening to some well known psy artists to get the idea of what this genre is all about.
