Today's action was wicked. The best game of the day goes to Maryland vs Davidson. They were making me scared there for a while, sinking all those 3's... but of course there luck ran out :haha:
Duke losing to VCU was just freakin' AMAZING! I knew these ghey devils weren't going anywhere this year. I can't believe they received a #6 seed, personal... I would of given them an #8. First of all they're not that good this year, they got lucky with the higher rank and everyone is calling it an upset because they lost to VCU. If anyone seen the Colonial Athletic conference championship game would know that this team is for real. They beat off Drexel (who should of been invited) and George Mason (not as good as last year, but still) for this conference title. This isn't a run-about team who'll only show up for 1 game. I'm not surprised. Plus I HATE DUKE :whip: :toothless
I really wanted to see Gonzaga win so that they could play against UCLA again but that's not happening and there goes that pick.
For todays action, the only upsets I see is #11 Winthrop beating out #6 Notre Dame and/or #7 UNLV losing to #10 Georgia Tech (not that big of an upset I think).
As for this so-called OHIO STATE (I love Oden and wanna suck his cock) band wagon... they're going no where. This over hyped school is losing to Louisville in the Elite 8. Even if they win that, they'll lose to Georgetown/North Carolina. I can't possibly see this team winning it all.

I went with a record of 13-3 last night. This year I think I picked too many upsets.
My incorrect bracket choices were :
BC losing to Texas Tech, Butler losing to Old D, and The Hoosiers losing to 'Zaga.
Oh, and I would like to point out : FOR BYU TO BEAT OHIO, THEY WOULD HAVE TO GET OUT OF THE FIRST ROUND FIRST
Man, BYU tucked it's collective tails between their legs and made such an early exit, you'd have to check the security cams in the arena they played in to actually verify they were there. |

Christ Andy - we are pretty much the same with everything so far (with the exception being Louisville-A&M - lol). I was 12-4, lost on the Zaga as well as Old D.... |

I've had the time to watch a lot of ball this year. I'm confident in my picks.
The reason why I'm so big on A&M this year is because even if Acie Law can't make his shots, his penetration causes open shots on the perimeter or second chance opportunities for the bigs on his team like they did last night. Well they did, until he started making shots again. |

The only one I got wrong was Duke (booyakasha Tristan), and as much as I hate them, I wasn't going to let that influence my selection, because I did that with Illinois last year, and they won a few games.
While I hate everything about them, I still respect Coach K, and thought he might pull out a win or two. That said, I'm one happy mofo that they're out :)

I've been so busy lately I hadn't really had time to watch any of the championships or keep up and let me tell you is it ever showing.
I am getting murdered charles bronson style in my brackets.
I had duke and gonzaga meeting and duke in the final four.
And to think i signed up for a bracket against 9 year olds hoping to win. |
