Nope! Like Skizell said, not until 2008! All you need is your ID or drivers license. And make sure it's legit, cuz most likely it will get scanned by ICE!

here is the rules straight from the DHS.

realize that the SECOND date is a POSSIBLE date not a final date. it has not been set in stone. hence why it says "AS EARLY AS" and "MAY BE REQUIRED" |
