Shiny Disco Ball

i noticed quite a few people mentioned the Disco ball at Sonic on the closing review
I thought I would add my 2 cents
Being involved in the original lighting setup for Sonic including the design , installation and the programming i had fond memories of that ball not the least being the one who had to keep cleaning it in the runup to opening as there was construction still going on and dust was settling on everything.
For reasons I won't get into we parted company early on , but I still think of sonic very fondly .
Today the entire lighting system was stripped out and is now residing in a warehouse in Mississauga.
For big Disco ball lovers (You can thank Carey) I have a nice suprise for everyone who attends Chus and Ceballos on Saturday.
We have been working hard on the look of the club for the night and i hope we won't dissapoint, see you all there I hope |

Only your forgot to mention that it is even bigger than the disco ball at Sonic!!! I have always loved that disco ball and the lighting effect that it created...for that reason I told Russell that we just HAD TO HAVE ONE!!! |

| i hope you guys keep the lighting to a minimum and kick it up a notch only when needed this weekend at the docks. the last thing i need is lasers burning my eyes while i'm listening to tribal house. :D |

For the Dj's out there you may want to get a look at the mixer we have customised for Chus and Ceballos--its a pioneer djm 1000 with the rotary control conversion, the first in Canada we believe |

wow....i dont think theres ever been one posted in the dj booth thread either...i know kimchi on that forum HAD one, but not rotary... |
