Anybody heard this yet? It sounds good on the advert, but dont they all?! I want to know if its worth buying :)

dunno - I got the tracklist from the MoS store website. d/l some of the tracks to see if it was worth buying - it was extremely ambient chillout stuff. I haven't seen an ad for it - but the tracks I got were so mellow that they barely classify as electronic.
hmm unless they are remixed - I think it is too slow/soft etc.
good ambient/chillout/make-out music = Endorphin
Embrace is his best album - but Skin is also good. |

Ambient chill-out is cool, it doesnt have to be trance for me to love it. For example Rob D - Clubbed To Death is a in class track, and it doesnt particularly fall nto any genre, its a bit breakbeat, a bit classical, a bit ambient... i just call it in cool ;)

I'm really getting into ambient music lately, especially since that's all they let me play at work (I got in trouble for playing garage, I'm not too fond of garage so it doesn't make sense) anywhoo...
I just checked out the tracklist and I dun think it's too bad... there's some good ambient artists on there like thievery corp, groove armada,nightmares on wax, bent etc.. I was a bit surprised to see york, wamdue project and some others in the mix but it's all in the remix sooooooooo... I'm kinda tempted to buy and see...
latez...
btw... I dun see how anything can't be electronic by being mellow...
ps. I hate natural blues by moby, whuz so good about that track????????????? |

Seb Fontaine dropped that at Golden's 8th Bday last year just before pvd came on.. and the crowd went balistic lol.. it was one of the tunes of da nite.. |

have a look at 'chilled' or 'deep and chilled' euphorias.. if u like your twisted breakbeats and general crazyness, for post-club spliff smoking then search for tracks from '4am eternal'.. it was a mix-mag cover cd.. in cool

Cafe Del Mar cd's are QUALITY and never doubt it.
Another label which is rising in the chill out genre is Hed Kandi.. lotsa albums under the label and i have two of em.. Winter Chill 2 and Serve Chilled and they are very cruisey.. good to go to sleep to!
so if ya see a cd with Hed Kandi on it.. i recommend buying it! |
