In the transport window I can see it recieving midi signal from my keyboard.. but I can't get any of the midi tracks to do it. I've got the in set to all midi input.. Am I missing something? |

First of all, u can ask any Cubase user this, the programs are almost identical (yes i know the differences)
Try checking if you have the right channel to your MIDI tracks, its more likely that channel 1 will work, try that. |

Limit |
make sure the midi track is set to your midi controller as midi in. Then you must make sure it is record enabled...click the little red button on the midi track.
Done. |

Duh, It doesn't make it record enabled automatically when you select the track like in Cubase. Knew I was overlooking something small. I'm glad it's like that actually I was wishing Cubase didn't do that. |
