i've been looking around the web, and they seem to vary between 25US and 40US.
any recommendations? experiences? stories of giant martini drunken stupor?

i have a large martini glass...i had two but one broke. it wasn't super large but it wasn't small either...
funny thing is, i never had a martini before. i just had to get the glass because i love glass and weird cups.
