Put an Envelope Controller on the Master Volume slider. Make sure to tune it to max the envelope at .8 and not 1 or else it will clip.

Do you mean a peak controller?

Wait a minute. Why on earth would you want to run your entire mix in a parameter envelope???

And what envelope do you mean? What variable is being triggered by the envelope? Amplitude? Filter Cutoff? Pitch?

FL Studio has an Amp/Filter/Pitch envelope built into every channel window. So in the strange event that you want to make your tune progressively go more and more out of tune over the length of the track, simply bounce the entire dry mix, open a new project and import the wav into the step sequencer. Then open the Channel Settings window for it and scroll to the pitch envelope. Go nuts.

If you wanted your envelope to trigger something more obscure then you can simply draw the automation over the length of the entire track and that would be a sort of envelope I guess. Except you don't have ADSR stages and you have like, an infinite number of nodes...
