To me, it sounds like lyrics laid on top of Sean Tyas Track, only reason it sounds like cheese is I will bet the song has a native BPM of roughly 132, yet Paul has that jacked to 142+...

In regards to the song, it isn't cheese.

There's definitly a kiddy style music vocal in there, it sounds like something out of a Scooter song, the pitch is fine, that song wouldn't sound right down at the speeds you're talking about.
