Hey guys, this is a big shout out from sunny South Africa. This is my first post, but definately not new to the forum game.
It's very interesting to see that not only here in SA are ppl struggling to get the music out there.
We don't really have much of the resources as the rest of the world, and struggle to keep up. Our internet web radio stations are very small, have very small hits, and no marketing is done to promote them, then again, no promoting for the EDM industry here.
I'll be reading up on the forums to get in the loop. So anyways, that was my big shout out. |

Dood - that so totally sucks. You have to wonder, the world pushes the "Free Voice of the people" so much, but music is so restricted. I think we should petition "Free Music of the people" |

don't be so dense.
that's sarcasm expressing my secret wish for that sort of music to be made illegal. if that's what you call trance then i suppose i am a 'trance hater' it's the kind of stuff that makes me leave nightclubs or drink myself to the point of not caring
there is so much more valuable use for internet radio that will be lost than ing aly and fila
i'm fully in support of the pro-web radio cause, but come on, get a perspective. |

People made a new thread here in the MD for this once they tried listening to DI and it didn't work. There are a lot of regular internet radio listeners that don't pay too much attention to all of the politics, and doing this is a way to get the message out to literally the entire audience, as exemplified by the people making those threads. |
