I'm sure this is not surprising to some people... but he's always been my idol.. and this is why I don't care to much for dj personalities... it taints the music.

Who cares. its personal preference. maybe its annoying to him to do the back to back thing (i assume he means battling, and not like having an opening or closing dj ;)).
nothing un-understandable about that. dont see why this should be a big deal if its his personal preference to not wanna do it.
im sure both can be fun, or one less fun than the other depending on what you enjoy about DJing and how you do it. |
