Based on her grammar, I wouldn't be surprised to find out this is legit - either it was written by someone that speaks Russian or this was written with the help of an on-line translator.
I can only see 2 possible outcomes if you decide to reply:
1) you'll find out it's a scam.
2) you gonna get Russki-raped.
