when i was down in tampa 2 years ago, i did some fishing off of skyway fishing pier and this guy a few spots over caught an 8 foot shark. once he brought it up using a tow truck and 6 guys, they cut it up but left the fin. being with my uncle and family (chinese) we were like wtf... they just left the shark fin. so we went back to his mansion and cooked up some super super fresh shark fin soup.. oh was that every tasty. |

| So craving chili chicken from Yueh Tung now...it's on elizabeth st west of bay off of dundas...it's sooo bad for you but tastes soooooo damn good. I used to have it weekly when I was working downtown. |

Am i the only one who could eat Dim sum till your about to explode, i fing loves dim sum.
I've been looking for a recipe for the dough they wrap the filings in but no luck so far, anyone know b/c i would love to master the art of dim sum making and chinese food all together healthy or not.
Chinese and Jamican food ftw imo |

I'll see if my brother still has it and if he could tell me the name and author. I know it was a fairly thin book and about the size of a Robert Munch Book - probably a bit taller. |
