Hi Nickster,

Ive been listening to 'Autumn Breaks' constantly for the last 2 days while painting my hallway (it has got me through it!)
Its not something I would normally listen to, but I have to say it sounds superb! It has now inspired me to download more break sessions from TA.

Your mix flows really well - even more so the transition between the break tracks and the proggy / trance tracks.

The only negative point is -
Im not familiar with any of the tracks on the list, so I dont know if its on the track or its you - but the scratching near the beginning is probably the worst I have ever heard!!

Thanks for the download - I will be checking out some more of your sets very soon!

I'll surely download them all, but only at night, 'cause I'm at 95% of my inet traffic limit :P
so...I'll comment one or two tomorrow and the others after 1 week and half, 'cause I won't be at home :P

I'm listening this right now I haven't really heard too much trancey breaks. It's a nice change of pace.

My roommate walked in on me and he said he liked what I was playing - your set.

Thank you for the feedback TMP, I appreciate it. Apologies for the 'scratching' attempt..as you can tell, it's not something i'm really known for :haha: It was the first time I have attempted it in a recorded mix so it was a bit pants but we gotta start somewhere eh? Conincidently, do you know of any good vinyl scratching guides? It is something i'd like to learn to do properly and with a little help, I feel it's something I could achieve in time.

Ive found there are loads of video tutorials on YouTube - There are quite a few from Qbert and others. The quality is never great but its a good place to start. Good luck!

first of all, great set. really enjoyed it, and it will be on my mp3 player for a long time from now on ;) i started mixing and producing progressive breaks the last year, and even got a release :toothless , so this was just "a must have" set.

scratching thingy: well, as Messiah said, that scrathing was awful ^^
but scratch as hell and you will be better each time. My career started with hip hop and scracthing before i even knew what "trance" was.. lol. now i dont scratch at all.
