There were tons of Anti-War Protesters, as well as Vietnam Vets, promoting peace and love.
And let us not forget:
Melanie, Arlo Guthrie, Santana, Mountain, Janis Joplin, Sly & the Family Stone, Grateful Dead, The Who, Jefferson Airplane, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Jimi Hendrix.
That's not all of them, but yeah, I think you get it. The who played 24 songs, Hendrix played 17. To have all of these legends at one festival, I would have creamed myself if I had the privilege of living during that era. Jimi Hendrix played the ing star spangled banner.
digweed is a show compared to any of these people. |
