jah, the bottom dot on your TT pic is the "view light" (forgot the offical term).. when you are DJing in a dark club you can't exactly see where the grooves are in the vinyl between tracks.. so that light helps you see it..

the back dot, on the tone arm.. well.. that's pretty much the tone arm mechanics, can adjust height, balance, etc.. although i myself am not too sure what's that used for.. my friend adjusted mine and i never touced it..

16,17,18 - All of these are EQ's
19 - Don't know, BPM counter?
