at least the other one was no good to begin with.
My friend totalled his X5 whilst drunk by running straight into a tree...right in the middle of the hood. Fortunately for him, he has a really thick Czech accent (he lives in Prague, and goes to school in Miami--where this happened), and the officers didn't notice his slurring, due to the accent. Nevertheless...a wrecked x5 :(.
