Some of the most remixed electronic tracks with the biggest number of OFFICIAL, different mixes or remakes (radio edits and shortened versions of the same mixes excluded) are probably the ones below. Can't keep up with exact numbers of versions these days because new mixes are being released constantly.

Energy 52 - Café Del Mar
>> 40+ mixes, including Fragma - Man In The Moon

Opus III - It's A Fine Day
>> 40+ mixes, remakes included
>> the real original is an acapella piece by an indie rock duo Jane & Barton from 1983 tho, but that one especially was only remixed by A Gyu Called Gerald, all the other mixes are more or less based on the Opus III remake or samples from it.

Rhythim Is Rhythim - Strings Of Life
>> 40+ mixes, remakes included

Three Drives - Greece 2000
>> 30+ mixes

Libra pres. Taylor - Anomaly (Calling Your Name)
>> 20+ mixes, including Jan Johnston - Calling Your Name

The FSOL - Papua New Guinea
>> 20+ mixes

Jam & Spoon - Stella
>> 20+ mixes, remakes included

Robert Miles - Children
>> 20+ mixes, remakes included

Legend B - Lost In Love
>> 20+ mixes, remakes included

The most remixed electronic tracks with UNOFFICIAL mixes included are probably all Depeche Mode's tracks...

Depeche Mode - I Feel Loved >> 860+ mixes
Depeche Mode - Dream On >> 600+ mixes
Depeche Mode - Enjoy The Silence >> nearly 500 mixes

Some more of these can be found in threads from the past:

i've always felt Energy 52 are living in the bahamas drinking fine wine with their re-presses/re-releases of new liscensed remixes of Cafe Del Mar every few months.

same with binary finary and 1998

Don't forget

Jaydee - Plastic Dreams
