Because nobody in the gym really gives a about the exact weight you're pushing. They only look and see the plates. Most can do one. Many can do two. Few can do three or more. When a guy is pushing six plates or more up, other people stare. What's strong? When people who are obsessed with strength in the facility that is dedicated to strength are amazed by you. That's strong, my friend. |
