RULES/FAQ
How Do I Sign Up?
Click on the ‘Sign Up’ link at the top of the page or click here and follow the instructions to sign up online.
Do I have to drink to play?
Of course not, drinking of beer is completely optional. If you choose to drink, please drink and play responsibly. Don’t drink and drive.
How many players are on each team?
Each team must have two players on the table. There are no substitutions allowed.
How much does it cost to enter a World Pong Tour event?
Entrance is $20 per player.
What does this get us?
This entrance fee reserves your spot in your event, and gets each team 2 tour t-shirts and a set of cups to play with. You will also be qualified to win prizes throughout the event. Please review our prizes for more info.
What happens when I sign up a team online?
Each team will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of signing up. Once you receive this e-mail, it is confirmed that you are registered to compete.
Who can enter WPT tournaments?
Anyone can as long as you are 21 years of age. You must have a valid state driver’s license or passport to enter any WPT event.
How many teams are in each tournament?
Up to 64 teams will be allowed to enter each tournament.
How many cups are on each side?
Each team will start with a six cup rack before the game begins. Please see the official rulebook for more rules.
How much beer is in each cup?
Each cup will receive 2.4 ounces of light beer before the game begins.
Why do I have to sign a waiver?
All registered teams will be required to sign a waiver on the night of the event stating their awareness of the dangers of drinking. You can view this waiver by clicking here.

We don't really play that at NYU - I'm going down to Wake Forest in a few weeks though, so maybe I'll get some practice there. :p |

It's hard to pong outdoors cuz of the wind, then again it adds a new flavor to the game....curveballs n lol
