| I start off with a tae kwon do kick with my lefty into a blue sock, followed by a spinning kick with my right into my grey sock (my socks hardly ever match)... this usually works best for me. Im left footed if that has anything to do with it? |

| right sock..it's "sunnah" i.e. the way prophet muhammed (pbuh) did it. We muslims pretty much always should start everything with our right because we essentially get kudos for doing anything like the last prophet did. Easy way to earn brownie points with the almighty :) |
