Just bought a wii this sunday. Stood in line at best buy for an hour and a half and was told that they only had 12 wii's and I was the 12th person to be standing in line for one. Turned out that they only had 6 and i was given one of those rain check certificates.
Yes I was angry but then I overheard someone saying target has them and i went there and guess what, they had a bunch of them without any line. Funny how we assume that only the biggest and most popular electronics stores will have them in stock. |

lol hadn't used my wii in a while

My internet and router work totally fine... And my Wii finds the access point easily; but has trouble connecting to it. 3 out of 4 times it won't connect (to Weatherchannel, Virtual Console etc etc).
My neighbour doesn't have this problem and has the same kind of router and internet access as me, however he hasn't got a Wii from the very first shipment.
Is it possible the first shipment of Wii's have a bad internet receptor ? Does anyone else have this problem... I can't figure out what's wrong. Strange thing is, when the connection actually works, the download speed is normal. |
if theyre both the same you should make sure the wireless channel is not the same, also the password, etc if its unprotected| |
