No, it doesn't. I'm sure most women will agree with me here.

yeah, if i see someone who i think is hot or pretty, i will say it. if i see someone i don't think is very attractive at all, i'll say it too. there's no point in saying a girl or a guy is ugly when you know that they aren't. just admit the truth. i've found girls/guys pretty/hot when some others thought they might have been ugly and i have found some girls/guys to look plain or not attractive and others may have have thought they were beautiful.
