For those of you living or working in Orange County, I'm sure you've seen the following plastered all over the freeways for the last day or so:
Here's what's happening for those who don't already know:

First we go bankrupt in the 90's, now we have almost no water left. What next? :p
I still love my home, regardless. Just time to invest in desalination. ;) |

Umm, so will I? It's called conservation, not elimination. It's for the real jerks who shouldn't water their lawn carelessly or wash their Hummer/Suburban 6 times a month. :rolleyes:
But if you think you're in the clear with your water supply, think again. Let me know what the water levels of the Colorado River will be in 20 years and then we'll see who's laughing. (hint: none of us) |
