Slylee is right, downhere everyone is always fashionably late...
I always tried to be on time, but then everyone would just show up
like 20-30 mins late
I hate to be the first one at gatherings and parties...so now I take my sweet time and unless it's a dr's appt, a movie or a business meeting, I'm always late.. |

My mom must be trying to piss me the off.
I have a class at 6pm, the campus is 15 minutes away, and it is 5.50pm. I need my car now so I can go to class. She won't answer the cell phone, I am super ing pissed. This is a over 1000$ class. |

Lateness. I hate it. I have a good friend who I go out with the most and she's ALWAYS late. I now result to telling her to arrive 20 minutes EARLIER and we seem to arrive at the same time. Movies I am on time for, Meetings I am on time for, parties don't really have a time code of lateness unless it's a benefit or a memorial dinner.

If you knew your mother was out with the car and you had to be somewhere at a specific time, why didn't you attempt to get to your class some other way. There MUST have been another way to get there, no? |

SHE KNOWS I HAD CLASS AT 6PM. SHE KNEW I HAD A VET APPOINTMENT AT 2PM TOO.
She screwed me over both times today. I'm nice and let her borrow it, and get ed over again and again. |

after being raised in countries where you dont necessarily have to be on time for anything and having a mother who is on time for everything i have worked out a perfect balance.
certain things i can time how late ill be and itll be ok and then there are other things that have to be done on time. case by case |

Being on time is one of the things I value the most from people, I mean seriously... and at work it's even worse sometimes, I call meetings for instance at 9am and they start showing up around 9:30 9:45 with a big smile on their faces as if nothing happened... God damn!!! and the typical lame joke "well it's not a real meeting unless someone is late hehehe" ugh!!! I swear I'm gonna kill that bastard one of these days. |

I'm never late for anything. Always at least 15 min early. Theres this saying in the military "If your not 15 min early, your late"
I usually never forget anything unless im out of it or having a bad day. I do have a problem with lack of caring though, I say it alot, but if someone needs sometihng or wants something done they can count on me.:) |
