I saw a thing with a kid a lot like this one in England. The parents would just shovel the kid food...at one point he was eating a french fry sandwich with mayonnaise on it (ugh!). It was the same thing with the parents where social services was threatening to take the kid away. I don't think thats necessary but the parents need to undergo some education as far as what they feed their kids and how they get their kids to do some exercise. Genetic problem or not you have an obligation to your child's health to do these things.

ha/wa. ha is technically the actual hiragana used in the sentence as opposed to "wa". phonetically, it is "wa". i didn't use the "ha" phonetically when i used it.
