.....boring. ok maybe Garnier would be interesting, but is there a hidden gem in there somehwere?
And it's $60/nt. I really want to see Sander, though. Last year Skol Beats had: Prodigy, AVB, G&D + lots more.
April 12th, we get Ferry, I'm there.
April 21st, PVD, but I might be skipping it.
A couple of you said you were traveling to Brazil, I'm keep track of the *major* headliners here for ya: http://brazilclubber.blogspot.com
(It's mainly Sao Paulo, but I can easily add other cities)
Maybe I'll add a thread to the "Porguese" forum, too. |

| Thanks for the up-to-date info, fupaking. I WAS thinking of going to Brazil this May, but I've decided to finish off my "European discovery" by hitting London & Amsterdam instead. For sure, I'll be there next time. Thanks for all your tips! |

MSTRKRFT was what was hot @ WMC this year from what I heard.
Gui Boratto is really good (if you like techno). Qbert is considered one of the best turntablists in the world- if you have the chance to see him, do it. Same with Afrika Mambaataa, the guy's been around for YEARS. The Crystal Method- 'nuff said. The Live acts stage should be great all the time. Heard good stuff about Renato Cohen, but haven't heard him myself. MANDY, Garnier and Miss Kittin are definitely worth checking out- Miss Kittin ripped it in NYC last week.
Marky is Brazil's pride and joy. The guy can drop some sick DnB, he's not around the US much, so you should definitely check him out.
Hope you have fun! |

You will have a lot of fun @ the wedding, I can promise that!
My uncle married a Brazilian girl and the whole family went to Rio for the wedding. They got me drunk- 10 years old, mind you- for the first time... :wtf:
It's a totally different culture and you're going to experience it firsthand with a traditional celebration, take advantage of it. Srsly. It's definitely not the same as going to electronic music events all the time (sure, they are a lot of fun, but not the only thing to do) ;) |

| oh yeah, this will be my 3rd wedding I am attending. American weddings suck! Brazilian ones are way more fun! Next year will be ours, just started planning (just got engaged) - going to be very different, and much more fun! |
